Merlin is a personal-use Microsoft Teams application built and operated by Hamza (hsaphar@gmail.com) for his own use. These terms apply to that use.
Personal use only
Merlin is not licensed, distributed, sold, or offered to any third party. There are no other authorised users.
No warranty
Merlin is provided “as is” and “as available”. No warranty of fitness, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement is offered or implied.
Modifications and discontinuation
Merlin may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Third-party services
Use of Merlin depends on third-party services including Microsoft 365 / Teams, Microsoft Graph, the Azure Bot Service, Cloudflare, and the LLM provider in use at the time. Each is subject to its own terms; these Terms of Use do not override or replace them.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hamza accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of Merlin, including data loss, service interruption, or third-party action.
